Finally, through the principle of learning, production, and debugging, summarize the following points:

1. The design parameters of each single machine are reasonable, the raw materials are opened and mixed well, and the feeding system is even and stable;

2. According to the self-leveling instrument manual debugging steps, carefully operate, press the forward and reverse buttons, the motor runs flexibly, the auto-leveling panel speed display shows about 12.5, and the balance roller is pulled out under the balance roller, so that the adjustment displacement sensor is displayed as - Around 12.00, tighten the sensor and check the stroke switch controlled by the front foot link. Because this switch is more frequent, it is easy to cause poor contact, which makes the car difficult to open (the running indicator is not bright). Adjust the auto-leveling potentiometer to make it about 7 and check that the A076 dust cage should be clean and the wind is proper and balanced.

3. When spinning cotton varieties, drive the continuous roll to make a positive roll. If you can't make a positive roll, check the mechanical problems, make it produce a positive roll, and do the weight unevenness test. If you do not meet the weight unevenness requirement, Continue to debug the autoleveler. Observe the thickness of the autoleveller. It should be changed within 5 words. If not, check the balance roller, the curved bar gauge, the V-curtain should be cleaned, and adjust the cotton beater and the V-curtain spacer (adjustment should be careful). The thickness of the leveling device is displayed in 5 words. The thickness is displayed in the range of 6 or 3 words, and it is stable. At this time, the unevenness rate must be small.

4. When spinning chemical fiber varieties, the adjustment steps are the same as cotton. Because the chemical fiber is relatively fluffy, it is not good to pressurize (this is necessary to warm the pressing roller), and the weight of the paper is gradually reduced every code. At this time, it is necessary to make compensation, and do the test according to the requirements of the specification, find the law, calculate, and debug. According to the volume time input, the time data is input, and the compensation data is input according to the calculation result, generally input by 200 (experience data is for reference only). Adjust the average cotton beater, V-shaped curtain to make the thickness display within the range of -6 or 3 words, the unevenness rate can meet the requirements. Frequently wipe the oil in the vibrating cotton box with water to make it smooth. If the “thickness” is not met, adjust the speed of the cotton roller and the balance roller to meet the requirements.
