Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China, approximately 30 minutes from Baiyun International Airport. If you plan to visit, here are some options:

1. We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou;

2. You can take a taxi;

3. Take metro line 3 to Longgui Station, exit through gate B2, and we will meet you there.

 

Q: Can you produce custom branding and packaging? Is there any additional cost?

A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. Custom branding and packaging are available without extra charges. You can send us your designs in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas with us, and our designers will create the packaging accordingly.

 

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For our own brand "GL," there is no MOQ requirement;

    For custom branded items, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

 

Q: Can I get free samples? How do I receive them?

A: Yes, we offer up to 5 free samples. However, as these are hazardous goods, they cannot be sent via standard courier services. New customers need to cover the shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total order amount. It’s recommended to pay via Western Union for security and speed. Once payment is received, we will ship the samples via TNT, DHL, or EMS within 5–7 business days.

 

Q: How long does production take?

A: Production for one 20ft container typically takes 25–30 days.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms include:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy;

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
