Industrial Experimental Study on Separate Mixing of Bafangshan Middle Mine

Bafangshan lead zinc copper lead and zinc ore multi-metal deposit, the deposit divided by type of natural copper ore, zinc ore, copper, lead-zinc ore. The vast majority of sulfide ore ore, lead and zinc Bafangshan accounting for 70% to 80% of the mineral stone. The mine treats the original ore at 600t/d, and the annual mine is about 1500t, accounting for about 1% of the original ore processing capacity. Take Fengxian County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province as an example. There are more than 20 lead-zinc ore dressing plants of this scale, and more than 300,000 tons of ore are accumulated in the mine every year. The number of medium mines produced by all lead and zinc concentrators in the country will be even greater each year. In order to fully recover this part of the valuable resources, we have repeatedly analyzed and analyzed the intermediate mines in this batch, the grades are higher than 4.0%. At the same time, the market price of lead and zinc has been rising in recent years, and the recovery value of the medium and mine produced in production is also In order to increase this, we have developed and implemented several medium-mineral recovery schemes. The test results show that the medium-mineral single-selection of lead-zinc mixed concentrate is the most popular value.
First, the nature of the ore
(a) ore minerals
Bafangshan lead-zinc ore mainly SULPHIDE, wherein the primary metal minerals are sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite, secondary metal minerals pyrite, marcasite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite , bismuth copper ore. Gangue minerals are quartz, calcite, dolomite times for iron, sericite, dolomite, chlorite, carbon and the like.

Second, the nature of the mine
The middle mine is mainly formed by the floating slurry and the daily equipment that is discharged during maintenance. Its mineral composition is basically the same as before flotation. The biggest difference is the presence of residual chemicals such as xanthate, ethyl sulphide, pine oil and motor oil, and some minerals are oxidized due to long-term open-air stacking.
The analysis results of the company's laboratory show that the ore contains more than 2.0% lead and contains 7.0% zinc.
Third, the beneficiation test
Learning from the surrounding mines and the mine's pre-mineral treatment plan, according to the ratio of the original ore and the medium mine 10:1 from the original mine warehouse, the process flow and the pharmaceutical system have not been changed too much, the comparison of the selection indicators before and after the test is shown in Table 2. .

The data analysis showed that the amount of treatment after the addition of the middle mine decreased, the grade of tailings increased, the recovery rate and concentrate grade decreased, and the comprehensive benefits were not obvious.
As the results of the sampling and sampling of the middle mine are close to those of the previous raw ore, only some of the minerals are slightly oxidized. We have decided to use the existing process to carry out the separate mixing flotation test of the medium ore. A vulcanizing agent (ST combination) in which a slime dispersant is added during rough selection to more fully recover useful minerals.
The test process is shown in Figure 1, and the pharmaceutical system is shown in Table 3.

The process requires one grinding and the grinding concentration requirement must reach 70%-74μm. The flotation process is one rough selection, two selections and three sweeps. In October 2007, we decided to separate the accumulated Chinese mines according to the production conditions. All the ore selected are medium mines, and the final product is lead-zinc mixed concentrate. The test results of the single selected mining industry are shown in Table 4.

Fourth, economic benefit analysis
The annual income of medium-mineral single-selling is 604,200 yuan, of which the current market price of lead-zinc mixed mine is 7,000 yuan/t metal, and the cost of ore dressing is calculated according to the original mine of 58 yuan/t.
V. Conclusion
If the on-site process structure allows, the mixed tailings can be re-selected. After the two selected concentrates are mixed and filtered, the comprehensive product grade of the test is over 45%, and the comprehensive grade of tailings is reduced to about 0.8%. More resources can be recovered more effectively.
This test is relatively successful. The test process structure and drug system are relatively simple, the economic benefits are significant, and the mineral resources are effectively recovered. It is a very meaningful process for potential tapping and transformation, which is worthy of widespread promotion.
