The control system uses VFD control, allowing speed adjustment. The pump can be driven by a temporary generator. The discharge connection features a quick assembly system. The pump is made from special aluminum material with anti-corrosion treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It has high mechanical strength under heavy loads and can operate at depths up to 20 meters in high-temperature environments. The pump shaft is made from high-strength stainless steel, sharing a spindle with the motor shaft, ensuring a compact structure, eliminating deflection, no vibration, and long-lasting seals and bearings.
 
2. The power cable and control cabinet connect via a special plug-type socket, making installation quick and convenient. The cabinet is designed externally.
 
3. A hose hoop structure is used for quick connectors, offering good sealing performance, easy installation, lightweight, and quick disassembly. The water pipe uses fire-resistant hoses, which are lightweight, have low water resistance, good performance, and long service life.
 
4. Control System
The control system adopts frequency conversion control, allowing speed adjustment. It monitors pump parameters in real time, and the control cabinet includes automatic protection against overload, short circuit, phase loss, under-voltage, frequency, and over-temperature faults. It also supports wireless remote control for opening and stopping, using Schneider (Schneider) brand frequency converters and circuit breakers.

5. Reliable Sealing Systems
Mechanical seal with a double-end face mechanical seal system isolates electrical components from water. This provides dual protection. Plane sealing uses high-hardness, wear-resistant materials, and the sealing surface is lubricated with machine oil under high-speed conditions to extend service life.

General Introduction
SPH series high-efficiency energy-saving self-priming pumps are jointly designed by DRAKOS PUMP Singapore and REEOFLO of Germany company. They differ significantly from traditional models: the self-priming pump has a unique dry-running structure, enabling fast automatic startup and restart, and does not need liquid feeding for the first start. The self-priming height can reach 9.5 meters. Excellent hydraulic design and unique structure ensure strong self-priming, with efficiency over 20% higher than traditional self-priming pumps.
SPH series high-efficiency self-priming pumps are usually driven by motors. These pumps can transport various liquids, including pure, slightly polluted, and aggressive liquids with a viscosity of up to 150 mm²/s, and solid particles less than 75 mm.
