The reporter recently learned from the Shanghai Society of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering that the research report of the Society, recommended by the Shanghai Science and Technology Association, "Research on Resource-saving and Environmentally Friendly Shipbuilding Industry Countermeasures", from 27 national societies and 32 provinces The 266 results of the evaluations recommended by the Association of Science and Technology and the Vice-provincial City Association of Science and Technology stood out and won the second prize of the 2013 China Association for Science and Technology Excellent Decision-making Consulting Achievements.
The project report is organized by the Shanghai Society of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. From the study of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly ship industry theory, it collects foreign green manufacturing and green shipbuilding dynamics, and new IMO regulations and rules. The paper analyzes the status quo of domestic green shipbuilding and the related technologies of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly shipbuilding industry, and puts forward five conclusions and ten countermeasures to cultivate the green ship industry and provide decision-making basis for relevant government departments. It pointed out that after entering the world's first phalanx of shipbuilding industry, China should continue to aim at the development direction of ship green security and vigorously develop green ship industry by adopting measures such as adjusting industrial structure and systematically building green shipbuilding industry chain.
The report analyzes the current situation of energy consumption, material consumption and emissions of China's shipbuilding industry. For the first time, it puts forward the connotation of green ship industry in China, and systematically proposes green shipbuilding mode, ship type development and green design, green manufacturing in line with IMO new norms and new rules. And green management technology, as well as the green shipbuilding evaluation system, have important reference value for the future construction of the shipbuilding industry and the planning and construction of green shipbuilding industry.
According to reports, the Shanghai Ship and Ocean Engineering Society's report and the Shipbuilding Technology Development Report have been included in the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology's Excellent Decision Research Report, which will be released in August; at the same time, The Society's "Shanghai Ship and Ocean Structure Design and Manufacturing Discipline Development Report" will also be published as the first issue of "Shanghai Association of Science and Technology Society Development Report (2013)", which was released in September.
