On May 16th, the Ganzhou Dahua Group's 70,000 t/d TDI device was successfully tested in the Lingang Chemical Industrial Park and qualified TDI products were produced. After the device was put into operation, the annual production capacity of TDI in Cangzhou Dahua reached 150,000 tons, and it became the largest enterprise with domestic TDI capacity. The project has introduced a full set of Swedish international chemical technology. It is the TDI production unit with the largest single production capacity and high technical content in the same type of domestic equipment. It is also the first set of the largest production capacity for chemical transfer in Sweden. The project laid the first stake on March 18, 2010, with a total investment of 1.196 billion yuan. The construction and trial run of the 70,000-ton TDI project in Dahua, Cangzhou, is in a difficult period of sluggish world economic recovery and a slowdown in domestic economic growth. Cangzhou Dahua took advantage of its own technology and overcame various difficulties. It achieved a successful drive 36 days in advance and established the status of Cangzhou Dahua in the domestic and international TDI industry. Cangzhou Dahua is one of the first domestic TDI devices to be put into operation. It has repeatedly set a record of domestic long-term operation of the same type of devices and ended the history of TDI products relying on imports.
