b. Precautions
1. When loading, care should be taken not to fill the powder tank. Part of the space should be reserved for the expansion of the powder.
2. When loading, avoid mixing the impurities into the tank, so that the discharge tube is blocked, affecting the discharge speed and remaining rate;
3. When the unloading operation is performed in step 3, if the air compressor has abnormal noise, the clutch pedal should be depressed, the engine shut off, and the power takeoff solenoid valve switch closed.
Until the troubleshooting, can work;
4. During step 6 of discharge operation, special attention should be paid to changes in the pressure gauge. Operators cannot leave the site to avoid excessive pressure.

6. When the vehicle is being repaired, it is necessary to prevent the parts from falling and avoid knocking, so as to prevent the parts from being damaged, deformed, bumped, scratched, etc. The parts must be cleaned carefully when they are loaded;
7. When the air compressor is working, the air compressor side should avoid standing people;
8. When speeding up, do not add too much pressure on the accelerator and use even force.

11. When the compressor is stopped for other reasons due to other reasons during the construction of the compressor, the front and rear compartments should be closed and the external air source should be opened.

c. Handling of emergencies
1. When air pressure is built up, when the pressure inside the tank is too high and the safety valve opens, the exhaust valve can be opened and depressurized;
2. When the tank is filled with water, the water should be discharged in time through the two drain valves at the bottom of the tank. If the fluidized bed canvas gets wet,
The fluidized bed canvas should be replaced in time to avoid cement clumping on it;
3. During the unloading process, if there are other abnormalities that require terminating the unloading, the unloading dish valve may be closed first, and then the pressure in the fluidization chamber may be unloaded by opening the exhaust valve.
