Instructions

(I) Preparation

1, the use of power supply for single-phase AC 220V, housing ground must be connected to the standard ground.

2, carefully install the inspection oil cup, pay attention to the axis of the two electrodes. Adjust the electrode spacing to a small plate: 1.25mm, the rest are 2.5mm.

3, close the power switch, power indicator light, at this time the voltmeter shows 00.0 that the machine is working properly. (The display shows that there are several word errors which are normal and do not affect the test accuracy.)

4, before step-up pressure must be reduced, and then for the boost test, otherwise refused to move.

(B) Test

1. Slowly inject the prepared oil sample into the oil cup, clean it twice, then fill it with the oil sample and place the oil cup on the electrode holder. Close the oil cup cover and press the interlock switch. (If you do not close the oil cup cover, it will refuse action).

2. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes to eliminate air bubbles.

3. The boost switch can automatically raise the pressure. When the oil breaks down, the over-current protection relay and the protection system device act to cut off the power of the booster within 0.02 seconds. At this time, the figure shows the breakdown voltage of the oil. value.

4. To activate the step-down switch, the regulator will automatically return to zero and a second test may be performed after five minutes.

5. During the test, if the voltage of the outside line is insufficient, although the digital display does not reach 80KV, the regulator turntable has touched the limit switch.

6, in the test process, if there is an abnormal situation, you can press the stop switch to force off the high voltage power supply (retest, stop the switch reset).
