The Characteristics of the Machine:

5. The cup side sealing is done using ultrasonic technology from Evergreen, made in Taiwan, providing a strong and clean seal.

6. The cup top curling process involves two steps—rotary curling and heating shaping—which results in a more stable and visually appealing finish, with a round and smooth appearance.

7. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system, sensor failure detection, and automatic shutdown in case of any issues. This significantly improves operational safety and reduces labor costs. The PLC, touch screen, inverter, temperature controller, and sensors are all sourced from Korea, ensuring high-quality performance.

8. All bearings of the machine are manufactured in Japan (NSK brand), and the vacuum generator is also made in Japan (SMC brand), ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.
