MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The MG-C700 paper cup forming machine is a newly developed model that achieves a production speed of 65-75 pieces per minute. This machine is designed to produce both single and double PE-coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, bubble tea cups, and more. It integrates all the necessary processes, including paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, curling, and collecting, into one automated system.

FEATURE
A. The machine uses an open cam structure, which ensures high precision, high output, and long life.

B. Longitudinal gear drive replaces chain drive, eliminating instability and jitter issues.

C. The entire machine has a box-type structure with a spray lubrication system, allowing it to run quickly and steadily.

D. A photoelectric failure-detecting system is integrated, along with a PLC control system for the entire cup-forming process.

E. Servo-controlled bottom paper delivery ensures accurate placement when the cup tube arrives.

F. A stretch knife is used for bottom cutting, making it easy to replace and more stable.

G. Swiss Leister heating devices are used for sealing the cup body and bottom, ensuring better heating performance and improved knurling quality.

H. The knurling device undergoes hardening treatment, resulting in a more attractive finish and longer lifespan.
