1) The Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for a wide range of media carrying lines including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications and are produced strictly according to SAE J2044-2009 standards. If the product doesn't meet specific needs, we can customize and manufacture it as per customer requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The operation space required is just the width of a finger on both sides, making it perfect for high-density arrangements and increasing design flexibility.

These quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings. They are designed to withstand the physical and chemical properties of fluids, offering anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling protection. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures no bonding between the two sealing rings, and the use of synthetic rubber o-rings improves mechanical properties while preventing aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues like ring falling or shifting occur. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. After pushing the clip, you can pull back to ensure a complete connection. For repair or removal, push the male connector and press the clip button to unlock and pull out easily. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
