(2) A smooth transition is made to the edge of the floating ring. Originally, during the installation of the compressor rotor, the shoulder of the shaft often damaged the edge of the seal ring. After the smooth transition of the sealing ring, the shoulder of the shaft will not damage the end face of the floating ring during the installation process.

If the multi-oil wedge bearing oil film is not formed well and the oil supply pressure is unstable, it will cause oil film instability failure. Take the catalytic device YL3000 type flue gas turbine as an example. Its radial bearings are fixed four-oil wedge bearings, bearing structure and oil wedge principle.
