Configuration: The design meets the standards of classification societies. It uses one or more Bitzer (oil) semi-hermetic piston compressors, suitable for seawater cooling and condensation. All components are welded together, ensuring durability even under harsh marine conditions.

Advantages of flake ice include irregular flakes measuring approximately 40×40 mm with a thickness of 1.5–2.5 mm. These thin flakes can be directly used for mixing refrigerated materials without sharp edges that could damage cooled surfaces. They offer a large contact area for fast cooling and are easy to crush and mold.
