Applications
The Fuyi Centrifuge Separator is designed for intermittent solid discharge while separating two immiscible liquid phases of different densities. It is widely used in the separation of fish press liquids, stick water, extracts, and the purification of fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, peel oil, and similar products.

Standard Design
The machine consists of a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and a vertical bowl spindle. The bowl is mounted on the spindle and enclosed by the frame, ring cover, collecting cover, and frame hood. The feed and liquid discharge system, including the heavy phase paring disc pump, is also integrated into this structure. All components in contact with process liquids are made of stainless steel.
Basic Equipment
Includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion-protective parts, illuminated sight glass box for light phase outlet, vibration switch, vibration-isolating base plate, flange motor, and a set of tools and spare parts.
