Office H2O & BNCF Team Up Charitable Givings
In a world that urgently needs environmental conservation and socially conscious initiatives, the partnership between a mission-driven company and a dedicated charitable foundation is more than just news—it's a meaningful step forward. Office H2O and the Bottleless Nation Charitable Foundation (BNCF) are two such organizations, and we believe our recent collaboration is setting a new standard for corporate social responsibility.
Since 2015, Office H2O has been committed to reducing plastic waste by offering sustainable water solutions in offices across the nation. Our focus on eco-friendly practices has helped us become a leader in the Midwest, and we're proud to support other like-minded organizations through our partnership with BNCF.
Together, we’re not only expanding our reach but also inspiring others to join the fight against plastic pollution and to bring clean water to those in need. This collaboration has allowed us to make a real difference, both locally and globally.
This year, thanks to BNCF’s charity selection board, we were able to support two impactful causes. On a global scale, we partnered with charity: water®, a nonprofit that provides clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. Through a collective effort with our customers, sister company, and billing partner, we raised $40,000, with $10,756 directly contributing to two new wells with hand pumps in the Nampula District of Mozambique. Because charity: water® funds 100% of its projects, every dollar we contributed went straight to making a lasting impact.
Locally, we supported Keep America Beautiful®, an organization focused on inspiring and educating communities to take action for a cleaner, healthier environment. With the help of volunteers, local affiliates, and corporate partners, we contributed $6,344 toward their efforts, helping raise a total of $23,593 this year.
These contributions were made possible through a portion of our 2023 installation fees for bottleless water coolers and ice machines, as well as from fees collected by our billing partner, Pure Water Partners. Every time you installed a cooler or made up for lost time, you played a part in supporting these important causes.
Looking ahead, Office H2O and BNCF will be hosting collaborative volunteer clean-up events through Keep America Beautiful® and sharing updates on the progress of the water projects we've supported. We’ll keep you informed as we move deeper into 2024.
