2. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, mainly for fluid applications, offering anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling protection. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. The space between the two sealing rings prevents rubber substrate bonding, and the outer synthetic rubber O-rings improve mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened using an elastic clamping device within the shell, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures a highly secure seal.

5. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect the two connectors together. Pull back to ensure complete connection. Repairing or removing the quick connector is different. First, push the male connector and press the clip button to expand the lock, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
