The PGS "A" (Aluminum) Series of grills are specially designed for durability and performance. Made from a combination of permanent mold aluminum, commercial-grade stainless steel, brass, and porcelain on steel components, these grills offer both strength and an attractive appearance. The A-Series is the result of over 40 years of experience in selling top-quality outdoor cooking products, which has been used to create a versatile and reliable grill that can handle any grilling task.
The A-Series comes in two sizes: the A-30 and A-40. Both models provide a wide range of mounting options—permanent or mobile—and various accessories to suit your needs. These grills can be used with either natural gas or liquid propane, making them flexible for different setups and locations.
Designed specifically for outdoor use, the A-Series grills produce carbon monoxide when burning gas. It's important to ensure proper ventilation to avoid dangerous buildup in enclosed spaces.
Never operate your A-Series grill indoors, in a garage, RV, boat, or any other enclosed area.
When placing your grill, make sure it is at least 30 inches away from any flammable materials and away from high-traffic areas to prevent accidents and ensure safe operation.
Before lighting your grill, always check the gas hose or supply for wear, damage, or cuts. If there’s any issue, replace the hose before using the grill. Open the lid completely before lighting to avoid trapping gas fumes, which could lead to flare-ups.
Once lit, check that the flame is steady and at the right temperature. It’s a good idea to observe the grill for two minutes after lighting to catch any small leaks or issues like spider fires caused by webs or blockages.
Remember to lightly oil the cooking grid before each use for better performance and easier cleaning.
You can clean your stainless steel cooking grids with a brass wire brush. Always rinse them thoroughly before using again.
Do not place cooking grids, rock grates, or rocks in self-cleaning ovens.
At AEI, we're committed to providing a safe and enjoyable outdoor grilling experience. Natural gas and propane are both safe when used properly. However, never use natural gas in a grill designed for propane or vice versa. Also, never connect an unregulated propane cylinder or natural gas line to your grill.
Most homes with natural gas have a regulator near the meter. If you accidentally leave the grill valves on and then open the tank valve, the excess flow device will shut off the gas flow. If this happens, turn the grill valves to OFF, then close the tank valve. Wait two minutes, then open the tank valve first before turning the grill valves back on. Always open the tank valve before turning on the grill. Want more information? Have a question? Contact us today, and we will be happy to help!
