The PGS "A" (Aluminum) Series of grills are expertly crafted using a combination of durable permanent mold aluminum, commercial-grade stainless steel, brass, and porcelain-coated steel components. This unique blend ensures a reliable, long-lasting, and visually appealing outdoor cooking appliance. The A-Series is the result of over 40 years of experience in selling top-tier outdoor cooking products, refined into a grill that can handle it all. The A-Series comes in two sizes—the A-30 and A-40—both offering a wide range of high-quality mounting options and accessories. These grills can be used with either natural gas or liquid propane, giving you flexibility based on your setup and preferences. The A-Series grills are designed for outdoor use only. Like any gas-burning appliance, they produce carbon monoxide, which must not accumulate in enclosed spaces. Never operate your A-Series grill indoors, in a garage, RV, boat, or any other enclosed area. When choosing a location, place your grill at least 30 inches away from any flammable materials and avoid areas with heavy foot traffic to ensure safety and optimal performance. Before lighting your grill, always inspect the gas hose or supply. Check for signs of wear, abrasion, or damage. If any issues are found, replace the hose before use. Before lighting the burners, make sure the lid is fully open to prevent gas buildup, which could lead to dangerous flare-ups. Check that the flame is burning properly and at an appropriate temperature. It's a good idea to watch the grill for about two minutes after lighting to catch any small leaks or spider fires caused by webs or blockages early. Remember to lightly oil the cooking grid with spray oil, vegetable oil, or safflower oil before using it again. You can clean your stainless steel cooking grids with a brass wire brush. Make sure to rinse them thoroughly before using them again. Never put cooking grids, rock grates, or rocks in self-cleaning ovens. At AEI, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and enjoyable outdoor grilling experience. Both natural gas and propane are safe when used correctly. Never use natural gas in a unit designed for propane or vice versa. Never connect an unregulated propane cylinder or unregulated natural gas line to your grill. Most homes with natural gas have a regulator near the gas meter. In case the valves on your grill are accidentally left in the "ON" position, and you then open the tank valve, the excess flow device will activate and shut off the gas. If this happens, turn the grill valves to "OFF," then the tank valve. Wait two minutes, then open the tank valve before turning the grill valves back to "ON." Always turn on the tank valve first, then the grill valves to "ON." Want more information? Have a question? Contact us today, and we’ll be happy to help!
