New engine for Streamwood
Streamwood is preparing a brand-new Seagrave Marauder II engine for service. This unit will be stationed at Engine Company 33, while the existing Seagrave quint will be relocated to Station 32. The new engine is a 2014 Seagrave Marauder II MFD TB50C0 with a 1500-gallon water tank and a 750-gallon foam system, serial number 78H05. It’s a powerful and modern apparatus that will serve the community with reliability and efficiency.

There's also a look at the Seagrave production tag, which confirms the model and manufacturing details. Additionally, a UPF (Underwriters Laboratories) tag is visible on the engine, ensuring it meets safety standards. Finally, a new ALS (Advanced Life Support) decal has been applied, indicating the unit's capability to support emergency medical services.
This upgrade reflects the ongoing commitment of Streamwood Fire Department to maintain a well-equipped and efficient fleet to serve the public safely and effectively.
