**Rock The Badges Is Back!** Hey Rockers, 38 days to go! It's time to gear up and get ready for the ultimate musical showdown. The *Rock The Badges* battle of the bands is returning on **September 6, 2014**, at the **Copernicus Center**, located at **5216 W. Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60631**. Doors open at **5:00 PM**, and the music starts at **6:00 PM**, with performances running all the way until **1:00 AM**. This event isn’t just about great music—it’s about giving back. Last year, 100% of the proceeds from *Rock The Badges* went directly to the **Chicago Police Memorial Foundation**, supporting both the **CPMF** and **Ignite The Spirit (CFD charity)**. Thanks to your support, we were able to give **$6,000 to each organization**. These charities provide essential support to families of Chicago police officers and firefighters who have been injured or lost their lives in service. Your participation helps ensure that no hero is ever forgotten. This year’s lineup is even bigger and better. We’ve got **Fire Bands** like **Northside**, **The Differents**, and **The Billy Ray Valentine Band**, along with **Police Bands** such as **Jenny Rockis Trio**, **Phosphene**, and **Erik Lauren and The Blue Blood Sinners**.
