Menomonee Falls Safety Fair>
This message comes from Asher Heimermann, who's located a bit further north of the border.
Over the weekend, the Menomonee Falls Safety Fair took place in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, on September 13th. A variety of local fire and police departments joined in to make the event a success. The firefighters put on some impressive demonstrations, including extrication, side-by-side burns, and a car fire simulation. It was an opportunity for the community to see different types of fire trucks and emergency vehicles up close, like those from Milwaukee Fire, Germantown Fire, Butler Fire, and Lannon Fire. The Milwaukee Fire Bell Club also made an appearance with their iconic canteen unit.
Adding to the excitement, the Flight for Life medical helicopter showed up, along with several law enforcement agencies such as the Menomonee Falls Police, Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and Wisconsin DNR.
